Rental House Renovation

The owners of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 sf rental home wanted to update the house to sell. For the kitchen, a minor design change came with the removal of the small countertop divider to open up the area. The cabinets were repainted, a tile backsplash and over the sink lighting fixture was added, but the countertops and appliances remained the same.

In the bathrooms, new Matte Black lighting and plumbing fixtures were installed, and the master bath vanity was the only other item changed.

The entire house received new flooring, recessed lighting, new baseboards and Matte Black door hardware. The first day on the market it received 19 showings and 6 contract offers, selling on day one for $25,000 over asking price.
